Health Requirements & Our Concert Season - Season Ticket Info Delayed

Greetings to Orchestra and Chorus members and our OVOC community!

The OVOC Board would like to reassure all of you that we are working on a plan for the coming 2021-2022 concert season that will include, as a priority, the safety of our membership and community.

We will be meeting this week with our two Directors Matt Brown and Derek Pulsifer, the Orchestra and Chorus Committee, and the Executive Committee to work on a concert season that will be as in-person as possible. As COVID-19 and the Delta Variant progress, OVOC is having to consider all the risks and the safety precautions required by the state and the Omak School District to keep our performers and audience safe. Below is a link to the scientific documentation for you to read that has helped inform our decisions this season. At this time, we are postponing our season ticket brochure until we know more.

Sincerely,

Karen Schimpf, Chair of Orchestra and Chorus Committee

Lynn Hoover, OVOC Board President
